About Me
I am a seasoned Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Investor and Life Insurance Professional with a truly global perspective. Originally from India, I spent four years in Germany and the UK before moving to the United States in 2004.
My Career Journey
My professional journey began in Information Technology, where I built a successful 16-year career that strengthened my skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and client service. Alongside my IT career, I started investing in real estate in 2012 — buying, selling, and renting single-family residences. To manage my own transactions more effectively, I obtained my Realtor License and later added my Mortgage Broker License for financing my own deals.
What began as handling my own investments soon grew into helping others. Through referrals from friends, family and word of mouth, I started assisting people with their Mortgage and Real Estate needs. Over time, those references multiplied and in 2020 I transitioned Full-Time into Real estate and Mortgages by quitting my then Full-Time IT job.
My Philosophy
Today, I specialize in guiding my partners through the complexities of Financing, Property Purchases, Real Estate Investing and Financial Protection. I don’t view the people I work with as clients — I treat everyone as a true partner in the process — whether it is a client, an employee, as Agent or anyone I am associated with. I never hold back the knowledge I have so that it may help others improve and succeed. I am passionate about adding value for others in every step of the way.
I personally involve myself in every deal and treat each transaction as if it were my own, ensuring that my partners always have someone they can trust by their side. My goal is to see my partners win in every transaction, whether that means securing the right financing, purchasing a dream home, or building long-term wealth.
